AUTUMN SUPPER - 7 OCTOBER
It feels like the whole world’s tumbled headfirst into a big, cosy seasonal snuggle.
Every year, when the air turns crisp and the leaves on Smithdown take on that deep burnt orange, something shifts. The sun decides to call it a day at 4pm and comfort becomes the craving. The windows glow against the chill, the tables fill with friends leaning in close over a bottle of red. There’s laughter, clinking glasses, and the kind of food that warms you long after the plates are cleared.
On Tuesday 8th October at 7pm, we’re honouring that tradition with our annual autumn dinner — a six-course journey through the flavours that feel like the season. Braised autumn squash & butter bean stew. Steamed hake & smoked sweetcorn chowder. Devilled ox cheek. And to finish, a nostalgic Black Forest trifle.
Seats are limited, and once they’re gone, they’re gone — so don’t wait too long.
